Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Services.

Detection/prevention of security incidents; customer service; operating our business and games; game mechanics or features; promoting social interactions among players; product development/improvement; maintaining and enhancing services; advertising; player acquisition.

5. Your rights in protecting personal data

Under relevant laws, you have the right to: know whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, to provide information about the processing; to know the purpose of personal data processing and the appropriate use of personal data in accordance with such purposes; to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad; to request correction if your personal data is incomplete, or improperly processed,

request deletion or destruction of your personal data, request the transfer of your correction, deletion and destruction requests to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; request restriction of data processing activities; request data portability; and to claim damages if damage is caused by the illegal processing of your personal data.

6. No Special Categories of Data

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). We also do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

7. Security and Retention

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We implement appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of Personal Information in our possession. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Services, and you do so at your own risk.

We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Protecting children's online privacy is very important to us. Generally, our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such other age as required by local law), and the Services do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children, except as described in the following paragraphs.

For games that are not directed to children but may appeal to them, we take additional steps to restrict access to those Services based on the age of the player. For those Services, we restrict access to certain features when a player indicates they are under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in their region).

If we make material changes to our Privacy Statement, we will notify you by sending you a notice to the email address on file for you, posting a notice on our webpage or equivalent within the game, prior to the change becoming effective, if required by law.
